La mia ricetta facile per il pesto. Pesto, my easy recipe.°

Laura | 12 ottobre 2016 | Italian recipe | Nessun commento

pesto

There are some evenings that I come back home tired from work and I do not really want to cook.
There are other evenings I want something really tasty.
Other evenings I would like something tasty and I don’t want to cook.
basilico

The solution? There is a typical product directly from the Liguria region that often saves my evenings – the pesto.
I often do by myself the pesto, anyway if you are not in the right season where you can find the basil , you can use the industrial version bought at the supermarket.

 food

I suggest  you orecchiette, trofie or bavette with pesto.
Actually, any kind of pasta is good but those three are the best.

Pesto is easy to use.

Just cook the pasta, keep a bit  of the cooking water, drain the pasta, add the pesto and the cooking water and mix all well.
There are some  variations  from the typical pesto or you can  change the original recipe
.

pasta
