Each occasion is good to eat somthing tasty. Isn’t it?

C’è un dolce che io amo particolarmente e che si fa soprattutto in occasione della festa dei morti ed è molto diffuso in Lombardia.
Un tripudio di cioccolato che rende felici tutti!
Ma quello che io amo soprattutto sono le noci tostate e i biscotti secchi che sono nell’impasto…mamma mia mi viene già fame.

Come sai amo sperimentare ed ho trovato la ricetta….da provare direi…intanto la condivido se avessi voglia di provarlo.

 Il  Pan dei morti è preparato per la festa di Halloween soprattutto in Lombardia
Pan dei morti  is cooked for the Halloween especially in Lombardy

Gli ingredienti:
400 g di biscotti secchi
100 g di amaretti una sorta di amaretto italiano
250 g di farina bianca
300 g di zucchero
160 g di uva passa
100 g di noci tostate
50 g di cacao senza zucchero
6 uova bianco
100 ml di vino bianco
2 cucchiaini di lievito in polvere
1 cucchiaino di cannella

WHAT YOU NEED

400 g of the dry biscuits

100 g amaretti a sort of Italian amaretto

250 g of the white flour

300 g of sugar

160 g of the raisins

100 g of the roasted nuts

50 g of cocoa without sugar

6 white eggs

100 ml of white wine

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

 

Mettete tutti i biscotti in un mixer e rompeteli a pezzi.
  • Aggiungere le noci tostate  che avrete reso in polvere.
  • Mettete in ammollo l’uva passa
  • Mescolate in una unica ciotola l’uva passa, la polvere di noci e dei biscotti sbriciolati.
  • Aggiungere la farina bianca, cannella, cacao, uova bianco.
  • Mescolare tutti gli ingredienti e aggiungere un po ‘di vino santo.
  • Mettere il composto sul tavolo e creare piccole torte singole.
  • Mettere il tutto in forno per mezz’ora e poi aggiungere zucchero a velo.
Ricordati di 1 oncia = 28 g

WHAT TO DO
Put the cookies in a blender and crush them.
Add the roasted nuts that you  have made ​​powder.
Soak the raisins
Mix in a bowl the raisins, the powder of the nuts and the crushed biscuits.
Add the flour, the cinnamon, the cocoa, the white egg.
Mix all the ingredients together and add a little of vino santo.
Put the mixture on the table and create some small individual cakes.
Put it in the oven the little cakes for half an hour and then add the sugar.
 
 
Remember 1 ounce = 28 g
