Involtini di asparagi. La mia ricetta. My recipe of asparagus rolls°

Devo assolutamente condividere con  te questa ricetta.

Ogni volta che scopro un nuovo modo di cucinare la verdura mi esalto!

Lo sai, ne sono fermamente convinta, non solo la verdura fa bene ma è anche buona. asparagi

Dalla fattoria mi sono arrivati gli asparagi ed ho scoperto un nuovo facilissimo modo di cucinarlo.

COSA SERVE

  • 50 gr di asparagi
  • 500 gr di pancetta
  • Sale
  • Parmiggiano grattuggiato
  • Pepe nero
  • Erba cipollina
  • Una terrina
  • Olio d’oliva

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED
50 g of asparagus
500 grams of bacon
salt
grated Parmesan cheese
black pepper
Chives
a bowl
Olive oil

 

COSA FARE

Lava bene gli asparagi, ma con delicatezza senza rompere le punte

Wash very well your asparagus,but gently, without breaking the tips

Fai bollire gli asparagi per 15 minuti in acqua salata  Cibo (49)

Boil the asparagus in salted water for 15 minutes

Fai scaldare il  forno

Heat up the oven

 

Prendi due asparagi per volta ed arrotolargli sopra una fetta di pancetta.

Take two asparagus  and roll over a slice of bacon.

Deponili man mano nella terrina con delicatezza

Lay down them in the bowl 

 

Spolvera sugli asparagi del pepe nero, un pizzico di sale, erba cipollina, prezzemolo e parmiggiano grattuggiato

Sprinkle some black pepper, a pinch of salt,  a pinch of  chives, parsley and grated parmesan

 

Mettei tutto in forno per 15 minuti a 180 gradi aggiungendo un goccio di olio di oliva

Put everything in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees by adding a drop of olive oil

Ecco il piatto di verdura gustoso cotto, pronto essere subito mangiato con una buona fetta di pane. La versione vegetariana è senza pancetta ed altrettanto buona.

 

Sapore? Tanto! Fatica? Pochissima!

Here we are my friends! A tasty dish cooked vegetables ready to be eaten right away with a good slice of bread. The vegetarian version is just without bacon.
